John Kerr

John embarked on his professional journey by joining his family's business immediately after graduating from USC in 1985. Little did he know that this would mark the beginning of a long and illustrious career. 
In 1990, upon his father's retirement, John assumed full control of Kerr Floors, inheriting a rich family legacy in the flooring business. As the owner and president of Kerr Floors, the company's work can be seen throughout Southern California. Under John's leadership, Kerr Floors has done extensive work for churches, restaurants, boutiques, skating rinks, residential properties, and commercial businesses. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, John's indelible legacy is evident in many commercial establishments in SoCal.
After an illustrious 33-year tenure leading Kerr Floors as Owner and President, John has entered a semi-retired phase, passing on the torch to new leadership. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the flooring industry, John continues to guide the company as a consultant and mentor. John's continued involvement as a consultant and mentor underscores his commitment to the future of Kerr Floors.

Jon Changkachith

Having been involved in a few startups, he possesses a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with building and growing businesses.
Jon received his bachelor's degree from Vassar College, where he honed his critical thinking and communication skills. He further enhanced his expertise with an MBA from Cal State University Fullerton.
Notably, Jon's experience as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of e-PlanSoft, a cloud-based electronic construction management system, positions him as a visionary leader for Kerr Floors. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with his strategic vision, will steer the company towards new opportunities and growth. With his diverse experiences and educational background, Jon is poised to lead Kerr Floors with confidence, ensuring its success for many years to come.

Donna Henrichsen
